A must. Anything relating to Zelda games new or old.

Have a specific topic for each podcast, and discuss. Can be anything Zelda.

~General Chat
Have a specific topic for each podcast, and discuss. Can be anything. Period.

~Game Review
A review of a game. Doesn't have to be brand new. Can be nostalgic, or something from the bargain bin.

A lot of podcasts do this. Dunno if anyone would be interested in it.

Answer some e-mails sent to a possible WMCast@whatever.com

And I was thinking about singing. And this comes up. [what, whut?]

Always interested in podcasts. It won't be easy for me seeing as I don't have a reliable internet in my home at this instant, but I could easily find somewhere else to pull it off (like the school). Sadly Fridays are out of the question for me this semester since I'm starting practices (think working but with grades instead of actual payment) and I'll need to focus during that time.

Let's see. I'm more than happy to give out my voice in the name of WMB. I'm very outspoken and know how to keep a conversation going (...most of the time. :? ), so who knows.

I think it sounds like a great idea actually if we don't already have something similar. Sadly, I can't help with anything until maybe the end of the month. I will get my new computah the 29th, but I will probably have loads of things to do then, so, I dunno.

This is a good idea, but what exactly would be discussed? Is there much to talk about? I would like to contribute if you start though.

Wiggle wiggle wiggle go the tongues of the organs
Licking the face of the man they call old
His hands have seen many an organ.
And his face many a tongue.
I need a rhyme to finish this off.
Or I could be edgy, not rhyme and be bold.

As I've said in the descriptions for the sections, it's very flexible. It can really be about anything. We just need to brainstorm some topics, which is relatively easy.

More than wanting to podcast, we should select the people who are actually *doing* the podcast. While I know many would love to contribute, I doubt we can do this with more than 3-4 people. Too many voices can not let people know who's speaking and probably get confused. Another thing to consider is who's actually the more adept in this kind of activity. Nobody likes a timid guy who only says a few words to agree on a subject. He might as well as not be on the podcast. <_<

I guess we'll have to go through some tests with a few people to see who's really capable of this stuff, and then make the final team for the podcast. But let's just hear whether it's viable or not.

I agree that you should probably pick a core few people who can definitely do a regular podcast, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be open at all to people who might want to join in occasionally.

Also, this is a neat idea.

Maybe we could have like a little (Zelda) Political argument section, because it's always fun to have a few friendly arguments, and a lot of people debate issues in Zelda games. *Ideas*
I have two friends. One is Bob. The other is Philip. Bob is a Pretzel. Philip is a quarter. <3...Bob wears a suit. No, really, he does.

Maybe we should try and (1) find people with distinctive voices too, or (2) at least try to have any simultaneous contributors having very different voices.
1 would make sure listeners would know the speakers week to week (month to month, whatever) and with 2, I've noticed with other podcasts that it can be really hard to tell them all apart.

Maybe a mix on nationalities and genders would be a good idea. We could have half the 'team' for any given cast be male, the other female (err, duh!), and at least a quarter of the team be of a different nationality to the rest (e.g: three N. Americans and one Brit).

Also; people of reasonably differing viewpoints would be key, having one person make a statement and the others parrot 'yes' would not for an interesting listen make!

Also also; Theme tune!

One or two females would even things out. Let's just hope the amount of ...erhem, "female fans" don't get to the point of absurd. (There will always be the jerk who will spoil the fun...) XD
