My favorite 2 Midna quotes are when you see the open window in Ordon Village as a wolf near the beginning of the game, Midna says something like "Look at that window. The village is full of idiots.", and when you were in the burning building in Kakiriko Village Midna says something along the lines of "Sorry, but as romantic as this is, I have to get out."

I liked the first one because I was thinking earlier "Everyone in this village is stupid as heck!".
And I liked the second one because it made me laugh.

"Ehehe! Did you think I disappeared?"

"I was planning on helping you... if you were nice." (In the dungeon when you first meet her)
"Am I so beautiful that you have no words left?" (When Link and Midna reunite at the end of the game)
"As romantic as this is, I really don't wanna be here right now." (When Link burns the building in Kakariko.)
"Do you now understand what I am? I'm a descendant of the tribe originally banned to the Twilight Realm!" (When Midna talks to Link when they first enter the desert.)
"You've given me all you had to give, though I did not want it..." (When Zelda revives Midna during Midna's Desperate Hour.)
"My KING? You, who do nothing but abuse the magic of your tribe? You must be joking!" (When Midna is talking to Zant after the Lakebed Temple.)

I have alot more but I think I put enough on their already.

She sure has a way of saying it's her way politely.

"Sorry, but as romantic as this is, I'm not going to stay here with you! I'm getting out!"

EPIC!

I was fighting Ganondorf (again) today, and in the cutscene where she and Link meet Ganondorf on the throne, and she says, "I'll risk anything to deny you!" I heard her say "I'll eat your ass!"

So those are two more quotes I like. I liked the first one because it showed how determined and brave she is. And the second one was funny.
