Yep. During my most recent playthrough, I found myself calling her regularly, just to see if I missed any particularly awesome lines. One of my favorites is still her refusal to help you during the Deku Toad battle. Should you call on her a second time, she says "Stop calling me! That thing's gross! I told you this one's all yours!"

As for my favourite Midna quote... I have a note book full of 'em If I had to pick a few, I'd go for some more unusual ones...

There are more subtle ones, too, like Midna's reaction to you calling her. Throughout the early portions of the game, she'll say "Huh? What is it?" However, after you complete Midna's Desperate Hour, her "tone" changes. Instead, she'll simply say "What is it, Link?"
