ZREO (Zelda Re-orchestrated) has announced that their biggest project yet finally stepped off. ZREO contrived “Twilight Symphony” (formerly Project Maranello) in a response to their neglect of updating new Twilight Princess pieces. The entire soundtrack will be played with live choirs, orchestras, and conductors. The cost? For the rental of a studio, professional singers, professional musicians, and contractors, the total cost comes to around $18,000. Obtaining that much money was tough, however, due to ZREO’s giving and supportive fanbase, they were able to reach and exceed their goal. Precisely one week ago, one of the project managers announced they reached their goal and Twilight Symphony will be underway soon.
According to one of the ZREO executives, they are planning on hiring Tim Davis, a vocal contractor who is known for his work in X-Men, Beowulf, King Kong, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, I Am Legend, and I, Robot. Along with Davis, they are also getting John Kurlander to work on vocal engineering and recording. He is best known for his vocal work in the Lord of The Rings trilogy. Kurlander also won three Grammy’s for best soundtrack and sound production.
The lineup is here and everything is set to go. The ZREO team is currently hosting a Reddit AMA for anyone to ask questions about Twilight Symphony. Responses will be sent directly from the team almost instantaneously.
