Ive found some things that have said that Malon from OoT is Links mother and the heros shade from TP is Links father
is that true?
i mean the evidence of it supports it but im still not sure

It's a theory, nothing official from Nintendo. It's something some people came up with to be able to connect the Zelda games in the series more easily when making their own timelines.

Well it has been confirmed by the Hyrule Historia that the Hero's Shade is indeed the Link from Ocarina of time and the Hero of Time. But as for Malon, im not sure where you heard that from, could you possibly post a link or anything to back it up?

Oh, OcarinaHero. He's a pretty interesting fellow to listen to. The only thing I don't like with him is his proud in his theories and theorycrafting. As soon as something that he's come up with gets shut down by Nintendo or something, he takes some extreme offence towards that.
On topic though: He pretty much said it himself that it was just speculations and nothing that Nintendo has officially confirmed, as far as I know. The book Hyrule Historia came out after that video was made, and in it, many things that he said in that video has actually been confirmed, as camaro said. But I'm pretty sure that the whole Malon theory has not been confirmed.
