I'm mostly looking for the new Smash brothers, Mario, and Zelda games for it.

New Super Mario Bros. U doesn't count? Not to mention, keep in mind that this information is over a year old. A lot of it isn't really up-to-date anymore. I mean, the controller has subtly changed between last year's E3 and now. The games list is also 'behind' as well. We really need to do a revival of this thread...

As for the other two, well, they're on their way. But I think it's going to be a long time before we see either of them. Maybe an SSB4 trailer at E3 2013, though.

Also looking a WYNR's post, it's kinda sad that you only get one controller with this console. You think Nintendo would've stepped it up a notch here.

Actually, it was confirmed at E3 that while, yes, you only get one Game Pad packaged in with the console itself, it can support up to two per system (though sadly, the frame rate apparently drops...). Not to mention, there are the Wii U Pro controllers specifically for those who prefer more traditional ways of playing, which is nice.

I know nevermore. Like I said that my response was only minimal. Of course I knew everything you said was completely up to date. Also I was referring to bad games like pikmin. I hate those games. They are childish. Kinda like ilo and milo. If you don't know that ilo and milo are. It's a Xbox downloadable, game that's complely worthless.

Whoa. I was just about to add the list of potential launch titles, but you've already taken care of that, Foxtrot -- a very thorough OP. So, is anybody planning on picking this up at launch? Just yesterday, I added myself to GameStop's list by preordering New Super Mario Bros. U and Pikmin 3.

I really dont like how the system bundles are done in black and white. I want the white one but Im not sure if 8GB of storage will be enough, Im also suprised that its going to be $300, I was expecting atleast $250 and I also dont like that the white one doesn't come with a charging cradle, because I would totally use that thing, either way though Im probably going to get the white one and possibly get Pikmin 3 if its a launch title which from the looks of the site, it wont be a launch title. This is somewhat dissapointing that they did not reveal alot of launch titles, as of right now it only seems New Super Mario Bros U and Nintendo Land are the only launch titles that we officialy know are 100% true.

I just found out that it supports USB storage, now I have a good use to use that 16 GB USB flash drive if I will ever need more memory. Hmm, for the extra $50, it just might be worth buying the black one, but I still think ill get the white one seeing as how I like that colour alot more, and seeing as how I probably will never buy any digital versions of retail games 8GB of space sounds like alot, unless Nintendo starts making lots of DLC for their games which I think they might not do. Ill probably also buy the charging stand separatly seeing as how I think that it will be very usefull. I cant believe the US is getting this console before Japan, It comes out in November 18th in the US, and December 8th in Japan. I really hope that Darksiders II is a launch title because ive been waiting just to get the Wii U version because I think it would be cooler to have then the 360 version of the game.
