well here is my fan art. for time's sake all of my "good" stuff is up front here. There is other stuff in here as well but I don't think it's that good. If you still want to see have at it. But be warned, there's a lot of irrelevant stuff in here. -_-

Now hopefully I have inspired someone to give this a try. (I'm always open to criticism) If you have done any and don't feel like starting you're own art thread feel free to post them. I'd love to see them. Although if you do put anything in here, make sure its your own work. The last thing this site needs right now is to deal with a case of plagiarism. Also please try to keep posts relevant. I really don't want this thread to get all messy.

There are no stupid questions, but the ones with the word "best" in them come pretty close.

There's so much facepalm in this thread, that I laughed. LOL! Great pictures, btw. Once again, I envy someone's drawing skills because I realize I will never become this good at drawing.

Wow, these look marvelous~ Love the facepalm ones. ;D I enjoy to drawing myself, but I'm too afraid that I would not be able to capture Midna's awesomeness with my lack of skill. So, I have yet to draw her. Dx

--Omigawsh! Genius idea struck just now. These amazing doodles not only motivate me enough to attempt to draw Midna, but they inspires me to suggest a Midna art collaboration~ ^_^ You know you love the idea. ;p

sounds good to me! What did you have in mind? Something similar to what they are doing with the tesimonials?

If you guys would like, I can walk you through the process of one of these. Its actually much easier than you may think.

alrighty so here's my newest one. out of all of mine, this was by far the most time consuming. 6 hours just for the basic outline. I love the way her hair hand turned out.

Image

I tried to do wolf Link in the bottom corner, but my luck ran out along with my patience and being gifted wasn't helping. (I gave up) I may re-do this one. Mainly because I don't like the position the fused shadows are in.
Any feedback helps! :D Also If you have an Idea for something I can draw I'd love to hear it.

Wow... These are... Incredible. I really love the style you use for making these, gives the images a really original feel. Uhm, a question though. I'm not sure if the following applies for everyone:

But if it does... I would really appriciate any or all tips you could give on the subject. Next week in school, we are gonna start a new assignment in art class. We were told that we are to draw a person/character on an A3 format paper using acrylic paint. Obviously, i knew what i wanted to draw immidietley. As long as i get the outline down right i should be fine so seeing as how we will get grades for this, tips would be heavily appriciated...

That is incredibly ironic. Just last week I ran out and bought 50 bucks worth of acrilic paint stuff. Unfortunately I haven't had the time to practice much with it so this is the best I've been able to do so far;

[edit] 4/13
to see the tips I gave, look in this thread; viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2465
I basically said the same thing. I'm just trying to minimize the amount of scrolling you have to do.
